‘Petty Theft’ return to Town Hall this weekend. Petty Theft, the Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers tribute band, is set to play the Town Hall Theatre Friday and Saturday night. The Lafayette Art Gallery will have a special exhibition of new works by renowned Orinda ceramicist Gerry Wallace. With an MFA degree from UC Berkeley, Wallace began working with clay about 20 years ago. She creates both functional and sculptural pieces that she covers with colorful, fine-line images of people and objects. Her unique ceramics have gathered many local devotees as well as serious collectors.
